The Site does not guarantee, expressly or impliedly, the accuracy, completeness, safety, usefulness, currency or fitness for a particular purpose of the calculation results, conversion results, articles or other information provided by the Service.

All calculation results of the Service are only estimates and are not a substitute for advice from a professional or a decision by a public authority. For the following areas in particular, always consult a professional or a public authority before making any decision based on a result.

• Taxes, salary, labor, social insurance and pensions: Results for income tax and resident tax, social insurance premiums, overtime pay, paid leave, unemployment insurance, pensions, various benefits and the like are approximate. Systems such as tax rates and minimum wages are revised from time to time, and the data in the Service may not reflect the latest content. For actual filings, procedures and labor management, please consult professionals such as tax accountants, social insurance and labor consultants and lawyers, or public authorities such as tax offices, pension offices and employment service centers.
• Health and medicine: Results of health-related tools are guidelines based on general formulas and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist for medication, and check with your family doctor or local government guidance for the timing of vaccinations. Never use the result of the alcohol clearance time calculation to decide whether you can drive a vehicle. Do not use menstrual cycle or ovulation day predictions for the purpose of contraception. If you are worried about your health, please consult a medical institution.
• Investment, assets, loans and real estate: Simulation results concerning asset management, loan repayment, real estate and the like do not guarantee future outcomes and do not recommend any particular financial product or investment action. Decisions on investments and contracts are made at the User’s own responsibility. Calculations related to building regulations, such as building coverage ratio and floor area ratio, may differ depending on local government regulations.
• Privacy protection and security: Tools for masking personal information, detecting confidential information, removing metadata, redaction, voice anonymization and the like do not guarantee that all information will be reliably detected, removed or anonymized. Always check the result yourself before publishing or sending it. If you lose a passphrase set with an encryption tool, no one, including the Site, can recover the data.
• Fees, market prices, rates and similar information: Fees, market prices and reference values used in the Service, such as expressway tolls, automobile tax, AI API usage fees and customary amounts for gift money and condolence money, are based on information at the time of creation or on general guidelines and may differ from actual amounts.
• Diagnoses, drawings and entertainment: Content such as diagnoses, fortune-telling and unlucky-year checks is for entertainment. Tools such as lotteries, roulettes and seat assignments are not intended for uses that require strict fairness or record keeping, such as deciding the winner of a prize.

• For functions related to time, such as timers and countdowns, displays and notifications may be delayed depending on the device’s clock and browser specifications (such as restrictions on background operation). Do not rely on the Service alone for uses where a delay could have serious consequences, such as medication or contract deadlines. Measurements such as the on-screen ruler may also differ from actual size depending on the display’s specifications.
• The Service may not work correctly depending on the User’s browser, device environment or settings. The Site does not guarantee operation in every environment.
• Some tools save what you enter in the browser’s storage (local storage), but the saved content may be lost through changes to browser settings, deletion of data, device failure and the like. Please save important data separately yourself. The Site is not responsible for the loss of saved data.
• The Site is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Site, or for products and services offered on external sites.
• Information such as prices and specifications of products shown on the Site is as of the time of posting. Please check the latest information on each seller’s site.

The Site is not liable for any damage suffered by a User arising from the Service, except where it is caused by the Site’s intent or gross negligence.

However, if the contract between the Site and the User concerning the Service is a consumer contract under Japan’s Consumer Contract Act, the preceding disclaimer does not apply. Even in that case, the Site is not liable for damage arising from special circumstances, among the damage suffered by the User through the Site’s breach of obligation or tort caused by its negligence (excluding gross negligence).
